1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Grainy Plates website and all associated content, features, and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Grainy Plates in the past 12 months, or if nothing was paid, $100.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in the United States. You waive any right to jury trial.
